Pre-occupation Fire Risk Assessment (Residential/Commercial) – A final safety check to make sure a building is fire-safe and legally compliant before anyone starts using it.

Type 1 Fire Risk Assessment – A basic, visual check of shared areas to ensure fire risks are identified and managed, without any invasive investigation.

Type 2 Fire Risk Assessment – A partly invasive check of both shared areas and selected internal elements, giving a more thorough understanding of fire risks than a basic visual inspection.

Type 3 Fire Risk Assessment – A more comprehensive review that looks at both shared spaces and inside selected units, helping identify risks that could impact the whole building.

Type 4 Fire Risk Assessment – A full, invasive investigation of the entire building, used to uncover hidden fire risks and ensure the structure itself provides adequate fire protection.

Compartmentation Survey (Visual/intrusive) – A thorough check of the building’s internal fire barriers, ensuring they are properly built and maintained to keep fire contained.

Fire Door Survey (Communal/Flat Entrance Doors) – A detailed inspection of fire doors to make sure they will work properly in a fire, helping to contain fire and protect safe evacuation routes.
